Cafepress.com’s ordering process was excellent, minus a few very small complications. The site was simple, yet was a little confusing to navigate through and start a T-shirt order. Uploading our artwork files was easy, and the online design tool worked smoothly, minus a few confusing adjustments here and there. Overall, a solid process that moved us quickly from start to checkout.
Although the T-shirt ordering process of CafePress.com is one of the very best, the print quality and pricing are extremely poor. » Full Review
Delivery (3.7/5.0) Ordered: 07/31 | Arrived: 08/08 = 7 Business Days
Our CafePress.com order took nine business days for production and shipping, which was one of the slowest delivery times compared to other sites we ordered T-shirts from. The package included a regular plastic postal bag, with each shirt folded and bundled with a thin, cardboard ring.
We were extremely disappointed with the overall quality of the T-shirts from CafePress.com. The clarity of the design elements, such as text, lines, and gradients, was so bad that no positives about the shirt could bring them out of the bottom spot. The color accuracy was average and the 100% cotton, Hanes T-shirt felt slightly thicker than most.
The T-shirts from CafePress.com were among the worst of both worlds when looking at overall value. The quality of the shirts we received was awful, and the worst out of all orders. The price also happened to be among the highest, both in total cost and cost per shirt, cementing CafePress.com’s spot at the bottom of our T-shirt value ratings.
