"Featuring poor print quality, as well as terrible value, custom options, and ordering, iPrint.com is not the answer when looking for quality postcard printing. "

Ordering (2.5/5.0)

Advertiser Disclosure

IPrint.com featured one of the more complicated ordering processes we tested. We were able to see our artwork before placing an order, and even though the site was fairly easy to navigate around, uploading and placing our files was extremely frustrating. The online postcard design tool was also very difficult to use, and made for an overall maddening experience.

Templates (3.6/5.0)

Though iPrint.com doesn’t have any blank guides available and their design tool is frustrating, they have a large number of customizable templates.

Online Design Tool: Users who want a frustrating experience: use this design tool, which makes adding, sizing, and moving elements difficult.

Delivery (3.9/5.0)

Our IPrint.com order took seven business days for production and shipping, which was an average delivery time compared to other sites we ordered postcards from. The package included a padded postal envelope with the postcards plastic-wrapped, though unsecured, inside.

Quality (2.5/5.0)

The overall quality of the postcards from IPrint.com was the worst compared to other orders we reviewed. The uneven cut around the border was the best feature, with the printed colors being quite inaccurate to the specific Pantone colors included in our design and extremely poor clarity of text, lines, and gradients.

Value (3.3/5.0)

Although the cost per print was one of the lowest, the print quality of the postcards from IPrint.com was very poor, which really sank an otherwise promising value rating. The price tag was low, but would have to be really low to justify the horrendous print quality, causing this order to leave us very unsatisfied when looking at overall value.
