"Zazzle has tons of templates to use, but ordering, print quality and custom options all rate among the worst, making it tough to order good postcards. "

Ordering (2.3/5.0)

Advertiser Disclosure

Outside of the fact we could view artwork before placing an order and paying, Zazzle.com gave us our worst ordering experience. Because they print so many things beyond normal paper products, site navigation was a bit trickier. Uploading our artwork files and using the online postcard design tool were both very frustrating.

Templates (4.0/5.0)

Though the design tool leaves something to be desired, Zazzle.com offers over a million pre-made templates and two blank ones, making it better for users looking for ideas.

Online Design Tool: In addition to mis-sizing elements, this design tools makes aligning elements a pain. Not very user-friendly.

Delivery (4.1/5.0)

Our Zazzle.com order took seven business days for production and shipping, which was an average delivery time compared to other sites we ordered postcards from. The package included a sturdy postal envelope with the postcards plastic-wrapped and secured with a thick cardboard sheet.

Quality (2.9/5.0)

The printed color accuracy to the Pantone colors included in our design was okay, but that was the only positive thing we found after reviewing the postcards from Zazzle.com. The clarity of the design elements, such as text, lines, and gradients, was extremely poor, resulting in blurry, distorted details. Also, an inconsistent cut around all edges resulted in a lopsided border.

Value (3.1/5.0)

The postcards from Zazzle.com were an absolute mess when looking at value. Simply put, these postcards featured some of the worst print quality out of all orders, as well as was one of the most expensive in both starting cost and cost per print. The worst of both worlds combined too easily make this order one of the worst overall values.
